Minutes to the Beach, Douglas, & Saugatuck!

This Condo offers all the amenities and is within a short drive to Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. We did not skimp on anything regarding what guests "may" need while staying with us! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes and place setting for 8, dishwasher, toaster, all utensils needed to make a home cooked meal, the list goes on. We have a large gas BBQ Grill on the patio, and patio furniture to seat 6.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Condo which offers a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The main/master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, side tables and closet. There is also a pull out Sofa in the living room; this is as well a Queen size. The living room is furnished with a large couch and two over sized sitting chairs; the perfect area to watch tv and or play games, talk about the great time you're having.... The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a large refrigerator, electric stovetop and over, dishwasher, place setting for 8, coffee maker, toaster, need we say more?

The location of this Condo is ideal, it is a 2 minute drive to Douglas Beach and a short drive into Downtown Douglas. Whether you're in town to relax or you are there to shop and eat, this is the perfect vacation spot for you! Did we mention the cute back porch area? It is equipped with table and chairs

The Condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very modern kitchen, upgrades throughout and the location of the condo in the complex was ideal. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property, clean, easy check in and the host checked on us to make sure everything was ok. We were able to check in early which was great. The location is minutes from everything we wanted to do. There were games, puzzles which we enjoyed on a raining evening. We loved the coffee/tea drawer, we all went one in our house! Overall it was a wonderful place for girls weekend. Would definitely book again.

Girls Trip

A few teacher friends and I stayed here to celebrate the end of the school year, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind! The house was beautiful and clean and fully stocked with anything we could need. The accommodations were comfortable and the hosts were very communicative. We will definitely be back! Great property!

Beautiful home and great location. A short 10-15 minute walk from Lake Michigan, close to restaurants and bars and a short drive to downtown. We had a blast!

Good location and value. Perfect place for 3 of us. We’ve been coming to the area for Thanksgiving weekend to enjoy time cutting down Christmas tree and enjoying being together for 30+ years. This condo served us well.

Home away from home

Love this property! The beach is minutes away and the pool is amazing. I like that there is a pool house with bathrooms so we didn’t have to trek back to the condo every time. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. I would stay here again!

Beautiful place with nicest pool in all of Saug/Douglas

Wonderful!

We had a great time on our annual get-away with our daughter's family. The condo was updated with lots of amenities and very clean. We loved the pool and our time at Oval Beach. The playgrounds at Douglas Elementary School and Saugatuck were huge hits with our granddaughters, aged 2 and 4. Isabel's, the market next door, has lots of goodies! We will definitely return!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location and property for our party of 4 (2 couples). We enjoyed being close to both Douglas and Saugatuck. Added bonus - DRAG BINGO across the street Sunday morning? Can it get better? I think not. The beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure, living room was comfortable and the kitchen was big enough we could have cooked a meal (if we hadn't eaten out every time). We would stay here again, and are looking forward to our next visit to the area!

Condo in Diuglas

Condo perfect for us. Grandparents with two grands. All on first floor. 2 bedrooms with a very nice kitchen. Had all needed amenities. Was perfect for us. Close to Lake Michigan and action Douglas and Saugatuck.

Condo was nice. Always an issue when there is another unit upstairs - noisy. Clean, bright. Everything worked, but needs usual repairs as buildings get older. Had a nice stay - close to everything.

This property gets a 5+ rating!

This condo is exactly as described in the Vrbo listing so I won’t repeat any of those details. Everything is modern and in excellent condition. We are 2 senior couples that wanted a ground level rental with adjacent parking, good access to all Lake Michigan beaches from Holland to South Haven, and a short drive for shopping and dining in Saugatuck. Joshua is a good communicator and check in was easy. If you stay here be sure to visit the nearby Isabel’s Market and Eatery before making a grocery trip. During our stay the condo complex was quiet at night and that makes this rental a 5+ rating! Overall, I can recommend this condo for a Douglas/Saugatuck vacation.

Quiet get away

I stayed at the condo in Douglas for 4 nights. Loved the location, close walk to lake shore, 10 min walk to Farmers Deli and downtown Douglas. I even challenged myself to walk to downtown Saugatuck, was little long about 45 min one way. Very spacious and bright condo, it has everything you need to stay for just a weekend or longer. Very nicely updated kitchen, freshly painted. It was pretty quiet, I didn’t hear any neighbors from upstairs. Carpet could use a shampoo, I saw some stains and shower head was leaking from the base (master bathroom). I loved my trip! It was exactly what I needed, get away from busy life and relax in Michigan paradise:) Thank you so much for a great place to stay!
