Room was filthy (chewing gum stuck on the window, dining table hadn’t been cleaned, hair in the bathroom). It was missing equipment (no chopping board in the kitchen, no mop to clean up when the shower flooded the wet room floor after every shower).
Check in staff were very friendly but the state of the room left a lot to be desired.

The room was clean and had what we needed, was a nice suprise to find USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. We did require the double bed, sofa bed and a cot so it was a little cramped but that could have just been us. We had a view over the train station which entertained our 4 year old nosing at ...
