It is a nice hotel a bit hidden from the main strip. Could easily walk by it. The room with balcony was very small, but clean nonetheless. The staff weren’t the friendliest, in fact they were very sarcastic and unhelpful except for helping reserve private water taxis to and from the hotel. If you’re looking for a small quiet place to stay in Venice i suppose you could stay here. Really nothing to do. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

Great hotel in lovely Saronno close to the station. Great facilities

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful front desk staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful, The room was clean and big It was a bit far from everything and difficult to get around on foot But overall a very great experience
