Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, kurze Wege zum Strand. Gegenüber ein Supermarkt, ein sehr gutes Restaurant im einer Seitenstraße ums Eck. Wlan hat leider nicht in allen Räumen funktioniert, Die Ausstattung einfach, aber ausreichend. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs, zu viert wäre es mit Outdoorequipment eng geworden. In der Hauptsaison dürfte es mit Parkplätzen schwierig werden.

"The owners met us with home-grown tomatoes, grapes and wine from the area! There was also bottled water in the refrigerator. We also got a lot of information from them about the area including maps. The apartment was very clean, convenient and spacious. It was a quiet area close to the shops and beach. The area is extremely beautiful!"

Cala gonone stay

A fantastic location with lovely sea view from balcony. Car parking is very tight and we went further out of town to avoid stressful situations. The description is accurate but much of the equipment is in need of updating.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à côté de la mer, des restaurants en bord de plage, des magasins et d'une superette aux tarifs très abordables. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique ce qui fait oublier le nombre de marches d'escalier à monter.(non spécifié dans l'annonce) Le propriétaire est très ouvert pour les horaires et jours d'arrivée. C'est difficile pour se garer dans les rues alentours mais comme dans toutes les villes et comme tout est à côté les déplacements ne sont pas forcément nécessaires. Nous avons en tous cas passé un bon séjour avec nos enfants et Cala Gonone nous a bien plu. Il faudrait peut être juste rafraichir un peu l'intérieur de l'appartement .

great location and decent facilities

Property according to the description, it is in a great location and we loved the view in the balcony. Everything was fine. Only thing I would suggest is: owner should make tenants aware of the recycling system and dates of collection in the first day you move in. Not that easy to park on the narrow roads around. Most of the time the spaces are taken and you have to find a safe place to park your car. I would go again in this property. Also there is a supermarket in front of the building.

Wir verließen uns auf die guten Bewertungen. Nach Ankunft stellten wir aber das Gegenteil fest. Beispielsweise klebte unter der Duschmatte alter schwarzer Dreck. Der Duschvorhang-Saum war ebenfalls völlig schwarz verdreckt. Duschen wäre nur unter Ekel möglich gewesen. Die Küchenmöbel und der Herd hatten lange keinen Lappen gesehen und die Matrazen waren fleckig. Wir konfrontierten die ältere Hausdame damit. Anstatt die Mängel abzustellen, wurden wir kurzerhand aus der Wohnung geworfen. Wir hatten großes Glück, dass wir schnell eine neue Wohnung fanden, die sehr sauber war und zudem auch noch viel preiswerter. Hier sollte schnelles Geld verdient werden für wenig Leistung. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!

Great location, average apartment

I guess rather good value for money. We found it a bit unsuitable for our 4 year old daughter due to security reasons (hight- balcony/windows) and complaints from neighbours about noise 0930 am when they wanted to sleep. More than 80 meters to beach - 200 meters? No parking facilities with parking, but depending on space in streets. Extremely hot first two night, better when second fan arrived for the other bedreom. Lack of English understanding by hosts. Nice balcony, especially in afternoon when in shadow. Beautiful surroundings!

"Appartamento molto semplice, ma pulito, al 4° piano, senza ascensore. Proprietari veramente gentili e simpatici. Molto ben situato (vicino al mare), ma purtroppo sconsigliabile per una vacanza riposante in alta stagione a causa del caldo (dato che l''appartamento è sottotetto e privo di aria condizionata) e dei rumori (musica dalla discoteca fino alle 5 del mattino, raccolta rifiuti urbani già alle 6). Spiacevole l''odore di fognature nel bagno. Appartamento consigliabile per periodi di media-bassa stagione."

"Haben Ende September 2010 schöne Ferien in dem Appartement verbracht. Der Balkon, sowie die Nähe zu Promenade und Strand sind das Besondere daran. Ansonsten einfache Ausstattung, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir fanden es als Selbstversorger sehr praktisch, dass genau gegenüber ein Supermarkt ist. Ein fester Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, wir konnten aber immer problemlos einen in der Nähe finden. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass das in der Hochsaison schwieriger ist. Vermieter war zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und verlässlich."
