The location is perfect for everything in Munich. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room immaculate and nicely furnished, beds comfortable, mini bar is really good and refreshing (I have newfound addiction to apfelschorle). I am from northern Europe and can't handle even a bit of heat and the air conditioning was fantastic. Also you could open the window instead if you prefer.

A cute hotel with free drinks (beers, Coke Zero, water) you can consume that is refilled daily with your stay. The hotel is also walkable from the main touristy spots in Munich and the area is very safe even when walking at night time.
