Large, rustic 2-family house "Villa Bellavista", 300 m a.s.l.. Above Dongo 2 km from the centre of Dongo, 48 km from the centre of Como, 40 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and trees, meadow. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Como" 48 km, grass beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Residence with electric gates.
7-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, - 175 cm with rooflight with 2 beds. Heating. Wooden floors. 2 large terraces covered terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and Monte Legnone (2609 m). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), garage (1 car). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. When booking this property you make a reservation for the whole house. This is a fantastic villa

This house has an extraordinary view of the lake Como. It has ample indoor en outdoor spaces, the interior is more classic than modern. Has basic kitchen anenities. Note that bedlinnen is provided however no towels, but ee brought our own. Situated close to supermarket and locsl restaurants, though these can only be reached conveniently by car. All in all this venue can be recommended for a family holiday

Villa super agréable, vue magnifique, beaucoup de visites et d'activités possibles.

Idéale pour une grande famille, pourrait loger plus que 12 personnes car beaucoup d'espace, ne convient pas pour une personne qui a des problèmes de locomotion (74 escaliers pour arriver à la première partie et encore une vingtaine pour la 2e partie)

Großes Haus mit toller Aussicht.

Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die Aussicht atemberaubend. Man kommt gut mit dem Auto hin. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend.

Beeindruckendes Haus in genialer Lage

Die Lage sowie die Aussicht sind phänomenal. Selbst im Oktober war das Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse möglich!
