7.6/10 Good! (4 reviews)
This hotel has no staff, they have a bar downstairs and the guy was very helpful. The room that they gave us was terrible , really small, there was not even space between bed and wall for a roll on carry on to go through. We complained since we book a room with a king bed . The next day they replied and we could move to e better room , similar to the picture of the one we booked . The down side is that this morning the presented an invoice saying that we have to pay for an extra night, and this is not correct, we booked and paid for 2 nights . Unfortunately, most hotels try to push you to a sub standard room, if you don’t complain , they win . It’s time Expedia inspect these hotels and rate them accordingly. I will not pay for an extra night, it’s not owed by us .

"Two of us stayed one night to get the Bernina Express the next morning, very easy walk from the train station, check in staff were super helpful and gave us a map and showed us the sights. The room was a good size, very clean and ideally located very near the center of town. Please note that although ..."
