Great staff, really helpful. We stayed in the townhouse and our room was beautiful but tiny. You could barely move round the bed and there was nowhere to store clothes (just 4 hangers on the wall and no drawers) or bags. It’s a good location for the city centre but incredibly noisy at night - you hear everything from the street. Make sure to get a room at the back of the building. Also, the bar there was not open so you always have to go to the main building. Gym is great, lots of equipment and very clean, but the pool is very hot!

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful especially Helena that worked the breakfast buffet, and the hotel is in a good location downtown but unfortunately there were quite a lot of homeless people around at night.
