「豪華な外見の老舗ホテル。朝食付きで値ごろ感がある。しかし朝食の種類、品数は10年前と変わらないレベル。 広いけれどそれが無駄になっている部屋。グレードの高い部屋なら見合った設備があるのかな。 今や設備としては絶対必要ともいえるWiFiは部屋では使えなかった。ロビーなら電波は入るが、通信速度が遅くてメールを読んだり返事を書いたりするのがせいぜい。 フロントでWiFi役に立たないと申告すると電気技師が来て、スマホで部屋の電波強度を調べてくれた。電波は来ているがつながらない。通信速度が遅く、設備を刷新するしかないようだ。 良い立地と豪華な建物が活かされるように、活力をもって施設のメンテナンスやマネージメントをがんばってほしい。 」
