7.2/10 Good! (9 reviews)

Beautiful hotel, perfect location close to all the major attractions, but very quiet around the area, away from traffic and crowds. Will definitely go back.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,008 reviews)
"One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was a little underwhelming, it was busy at the Riverside reception were I was dropped off. I initially felt overlooked, until another staff member quickly noticed, ..."

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about ..."
