Kept losing power to my room. There is a nightclub in the hotel that plays loud music until the early morning. Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking facility

The hotel is in a good spot if you are just spending the night and have a morning flight. It is 15 min from the airport. Not much to see or do here, but close to the airport. (Keep in mind that although the airport is modern, their organisation isnt, so they might decide to let you wait for two hours going through immigration and security on your way in and out.) The standard was a bit lower than I expected from the pictures, but the staff was nice and morning transport to the airport was included. So all in all it was ok value for money.

We checked at 2 a.m , we were exhausted, we had to await for 30 minutes , they finally brought a mattress in put in the " floor " for my cousin sharing room with me. They added some extra towels and toiletries later. Very disappointing noisy, It was a national holiday , kids were shouting by night . -Positive : Price is affordable comparing to other 4* hotels in Doha . Comfortable hotel

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Surroundings were not so good as there was a lot of road work going. Shopping areas were a bit far.

Bonne localisation.

Un bon hôtel. Possibilité d'aller à pied sur le bord de mer, au musée islamique, et au souk. Aéroport à 10min en voiture. Chambre confortable et propre malgré une isolation sonore qui mériterait d'être améliorée. La piscine est le gros point noir! Entourée de quatre murs elle est bruyante, sale, avec des reflux d'odeurs de restauration. Personnel très serviable.

Good for short stay

Reasonable hotel. They catered for my late check in at 4AM which was smooth and painless. It took a while for the taxi driver to find the hotel however as the directions on the website need some review especially with ongoing nearby construction. Breakfast was generally ok. One thing I liked was free (basic) toothbrush supplied in bathroom as I had forgotten to pack my own! Staff polite abc pleasant

Bad decision to stay in it

it was a terrible decision to stay in it, people are sooooooooooo badly treating customers in front desk, they cancelled my reservation, can you believe i reserved by hotels.com website & they replied on other site to cancel, after that they claimed they managed me a room but with different rate??????? Visa is not working there after 3 times keeping try!!!!!! the location was very bad & no one knew it from the taxi drivers can you believe!! after all of these issues front desk treated the customer "which was unfortunately me" with lot of arrogance. I don't recommend any one to think to reserve in it.
