"Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice.."

"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

"On the day of visit, the hotel staff told that there was no such booking confirmed from there end and there is no such agreement between this online site Hotels.com. At that time, even no support staff available at your end. Very very disappointed experience. "

"I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few whose names I managed to note down: Chef Rajesh, Raja, and Monica for their warm care and for celebrating our anniversary with us; Sree and the entire team at The Pavilion restaurant; and Nandeesh, who kindly arranged idiyappam for my daughter when she was craving it. Since idiyappam is a Kerala dish, it’s not easily available in Tamil Nadu, making his effort even more special."

"Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location"
