I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Having installed ourselves we found a beautiful apartment overlooking the bay of Muggia, clean, sunny, and very spacious for two (although the apartment is intended for at least four). We were told there is a bus right if front of the apartment. What we didn't expect is that this bus took us downtown in ten to fifteen minutes; the same going back!
