Apartment in Toblach in the heart of the Dolomites

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The fully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the building and measures 100 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 3 single beds. The living room features a double sofa bed, and there are 2 bathrooms—one very spacious with a bathtub, and the other with a shower.
The living room and dining room are open-concept, and the kitchen is adjacent to the dining table. A long hallway connects all the rooms. The terrace is accessible from the bedrooms and the living room. Radiators are installed in every room.
The house comes with one uncovered parking space in the building’s garden and a garage that can also be used as a ski storage area.

Location:
The house is located in the heart of Dobbiaco, just a short walk from the Church of St. John the Baptist. The Monte Elmo (3 Peaks) ski area is about a 10-minute drive or train ride away, and the Plan de Corones ski area is 15–20 minutes away. Cortina is a 25-minute drive away. Lake Dobbiaco is within walking distance; Lake Misurina and Lake Braies are both about a 10-minute drive away. Numerous spots for walking or hiking are just a few minutes away by car.

Guest access:
The house is private and is entirely at the guests’ disposal, as is the private terrace. It is located on the first floor without an elevator.

Other things to keep in mind:
The location is ideal for winter, allowing you to take full advantage of the numerous ski resorts just minutes away.
In the summer, you can easily reach many places perfect for walks or hikes.
