Won't go here again.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. They assigned me to an adjoining room without mentioning that. Temperature is high 30s and guess what? Their entire AC system is not operating until late June. I was literally burning inside my room. I left my paid room the second day for another hotel.

Un hôtel ne mérite pas de 4 étoiles ni d'un seul étoile, ils m'ont proposé une chambre horrible avec une porte de séparation avec une autre chambre, isolation catastrophiques on entend notre voisin en détail, en plus la chambres n'est pas propres l'odeur d'urine par tous sur le matelas. La nourritures médiocre et pas frais en plus les serveurs ne sont pas accueillants ni souriant ...

La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée tous les jours, des cheveux autres que les notres étaient present dans la salle de bain. Un jour sans serviettes ca peut arriver, mais j'ai du reclamer deux fois et quand j'en ai eu ce n'était que pour une personne alors que nous sommes deux.

Pour un 4étoiles il est anormal de ne pas avoir la Wi Fi dans les chambres. Les clefs/cartes électroniques se désactivent trop souvent. L'éclairage des chambres est trop faible. Nice and calm area

The area is calm,the hotel was full which is a good sign. But,there was way too much salt in the food and it made us very puffy and lethargic. Also, could have had more activities and excursions. The room was also not cleaned well (finger marks that are abundant and very old on the doors,mediocre sheets,smelly comforters,etc). Staff was nice

Hotel pas directement sur la plage

Cet hotel n'est pas situé directement sur la plage , il faut marcher environ 10 min pour y accéder . En saison il y a un petit train qui nous y emmène . Nourriture très répétitive et basic . Personnel sympathique et au petit soin .

C'est un hôtel que je connais bien pour y être retourner plusieurs fois. Je rentre et j'ai comme un sentiment de deception: Chambre confortable mais le ménage n'est que superficiel Nouriture correct mais serveur pas aimable. Par contre Djerba toujours aussi magnifique

Convenient hotel with great service

The hotel offers a good value and is conveniently located close to restaurants and souvenirs shops. People at the reception were very nice and helpful and the spa was great. Lovely indoor swimming pool!
