「Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till.
