「Arrived at the property on time. 3.00pm Room not ready.
On checking room Bathtub hah grey ring around stand soap scum on soap holder. And no heat. The only concession was a heater.
I left checked out. No offer of restitution. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.」

「Well there was no coffee maker in the room as promised. There were no cups in the room for us to use. There was not a deep soaker tub. There is no delicious fruit available like the pictures promised. And the restaurant had no fruit ir anything healthy.」
