「Staff were friendly enough, but I’d have to see this is the only positive comment that I have about this hotel. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt this one needed to be reviewed. The room smelled very strongly of urine, and mould. The shower had black mould, and loads of Serratia marcescens (pink slimy bacteria) after running the water in the sink or the shower, the small of mould was much more intense. Caused coughing, and breathing problems for ashtmatic guest. The towels left a sticky...

「This was the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel booked through Expedia. We made the booking around 9:00 p.m. that evening, with payment authorized at 9:51 p.m. We arrived just before 11:30 p.m., which was still within the hotel's stated check-in hours, only to find that the office was already closed. We immediately called the hotel's listed phone number multiple times, but no one answered. With no way to check in, we had no choice but to leave and drive another hour down the road...
