"We stayed in an ocean front room with walkout terrace, the sunset view was beautiful. All the staff that works there was awesome they were so nice and tried so hard to make us happy. They went above and beyond! And then we ordered our dinner which it is all fresh! It was a 10 it was so delicious no words can explain how delicious it was! "Where to start??? The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who was working the counter the next morning was quite rude and condescending. I expected a bar by the pool; true there was a bar, but it wasn’t operational. The swimming pool was not useful for me or my 83 year old mother who has limited mobility as there were no stairs or ladders to climb in and out of the pool. You walked through a small wading section and then there was a ledge you had to get into...
