Our stay at the Meiser Design Hotel was a very pleasant one. Their facility was surprisingly modern and their staff provided excellent service through out. We were specially impressed by the level ov service we encounter both inside the dinning areas and the outdoor sitting areas. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special while we were there. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced in Europe or for that mare any of the other hotels we have stayed in the USA , Central and South America.

Basic facilities and tasteless design
Strange location on a building site outside town. Overload of “design” in lobby. Maximalist to the point of tasteless. Rooms are attractive but minimum amenities and zero guest niceties. Request for a robe was met with a charge. For a 4 star hotel it is very basic and using “eco” to withdraw basic requirements is just tight. Breakfast however was very good.

Nice Hotel
In general, everyrhing was fine. Hotel is really beautiful and location ousited the city walls is very strategic during the yearly festival (July) because it is almost impossible to go anywhere by car inside the walls. That being said, two single beds attached to each other is less comfortable than a real queen/king size bed. Also, parking at the hotel parking lot (actually they said it is a public one, but is right in front of the hotel) could be free of charge. Since you're paying for your stay, it'd be a good courtesy to offer parking for free. Finally, a pool would be really great for summer days. Lol.

Amazing Design Hotel - great location
Amazing hotel - design concept - they even have a robot waiter who takes away the dirty dishes - caused a few laughs !!......fantastic hotel with loads of easy safe parking on site - lovely outdoor terrace and bar/restaurant etc.....really modern hotel.....only issue was buffet dinner - food was cold and not a great deal of choice - when I raised this with staff - nothing was done - apart from saying they were sorry

Zimmer ohne warmes Wasser geht gar nicht
Beruflich dort 2 Nächte gebucht. Bei Ankunft kein warmes Wasser, weder in der Dusche noch am Waschbecken. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption war am morgen danach immer noch kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer, duschen nicht möglich. Erneute Meldung an der Rezeption. Am Abend warmes Wasser vorhanden, jedoch kein Nachlass, kein Gutschein, nichts. Das Gespräch mit Hotelmanager nach wenigen Minuten abgebrochen, da stets das Problem der Wasserversorgung erklärt wurde. Sorry mich als Kunde interessieren die Probleme nicht. Problemlösung für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Superior unterirdisch. Am Ende wurde für beide Nächte der volle Betrag verlangt. Eine Frechheit. Ich werde von weiteren Besuchen in diesem Hotel absehen.

Smell in the reception
Dinkelbühl is a very beautiful and romantic old city. Meiser design hotel is a very modern and fashional hotel. And have absolutly no complaints about the service, food pr cleaning. My only complaint, that is probably just a personal thing. They seem to sell a lot of sented candles, in the reception. And there is a very intens smell of perfume, when you enter the hotel. Luckily the smell do not reach the rooms, or even the restaurant.

Nach wie vor hervorragend!
Nach drei Jahren mal wieder in Dinkelsbühl und direkt wieder im Meisers Design Hotel eingebucht. Es hat sich nichts verändert. Nach wie vor ist eines der drei besten Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Schon beim Betreten hat man das Gefühl, daß dieses Hotel besonders ist. Die Einrichtung und die Rezeption edel, modern, geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Weg bis zum Zimmer vermittelte weiterhin den schon gewonnenen Eindruck. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und edel aufgemacht. Großes gemütliches Bett, großer flatscreen, viele Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, Flurbereich mit großem Spiegel und Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Jacken und mehr. Schrank mit Safe, geräumiges Bad mit großen Ablageflächen und begehbarer Regendusche. Der Frühstücksraum hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten aller Art und ist ebenfalls liebevoll, gemütlich und edel eingerichtet. Das Frühstucksbuffet ist groß und reichhaltig und schön angerichtet. Man wird lange suchen müssen, um ein vergleichbares Angebot woanders zu finden. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck ist nicht 08/15. Das Personal war auch hier, wie in allen Bereichen in diesem Hotel, super freundlich, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Woanders war das Personal in einem 4Stetne Hotel schon mal basiert und abgehoben. Im Meisers Design Hotel kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Beim nächsten Dinkelsbühl-Besuch wird es wieder die 1. Wahl für die Übernachtung sein!

Ein gutes Hotel, welches ich gerne empfehle
Wir nutzen das Hotel immer wieder gerne als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Frühstück ist herausragend gut.

Modernes komfortables Hotel mit gutem Service
Etwas außerhalb im Gewerbegebiet gelegen, aber in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt. Hotel selbst mit schöner Grünanlage und Terrasse. Komfortabler Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit und Reparaturecke mit Luftpumpe.

Fint hotell, men inte under varma nätter
Vi valde ett hotell av hög kvalitet med air condition, men hotellet saknade fungerande kylanläggning, varför det var 26 grader varm på rummet under natten. Problemet är känt för hotellpersonalen, och deras lösning var att komma till rummet med en bärbar fläkt. Annars ett mycket fint och påkostat hotell.

Angenehmes Hotel.
Angenehmes Hotel. Grösszügige Zimmer. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Service sehr gut. Einzig Kissen und Bettdecken sind unter Niveau: Einfachste Mikrofasern und Stoff, nicht komfortabel, Decke viel zu dick/warm. Duschstange wäre noch gut.

The hotel where the level just has Ben dropping
Low service by check in. Low service on cleaning. A hotel where the level of service just keep going down. Bin there 15-20 times. Unfortunately the service has just been going down. On top of that you recive a mail from the hotel after check out. Trying to give the a serious evaluation, but the don’t even bather to answer. Will I stay there again? Properly not
