The property was great. Anderson at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. There was construction in the area which made finding the property a bit confusing but it's very close to the train station which was helpful. The area seemed pretty safe during the day, but a bit sketchy at night. The breakfast was great, everything fresh and tasty.

At first glance hotel seems nice... but unfortunately our stay of 2 nights... the first room was not clean... there was an actual face cloth sitting on the desk when we got in...I took it as cleaner just left it by accident but i still used my own Wipes to ensure clean but after a bit of time i noticed filth on the upholstery of the chairs and bed... the washroom also smelled of urine... the last straw was when we came back to room it smelled of dirty shoes...needless to say i asked for a different room and they did upgrade us to a much nicer room which was clean.... but then we had noisy neighbors but that is not the hotels fault but maybe needs better room sound insulation....

Great location, two minute walk to Grand Place, 5 mins to Central Station. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

"A lovely one night stay in Dinant. Slightly further out the centre but only 20 minute walk from the train station so it was perfect. Decent sized rooms for the price. Bar area and outdoor decking perfect to relax with a drink"

"We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice ..."
