「Gosh, where to begin? The hotel looks, smells and feels brand new. Oriental features and materials all around. Sheets, shams are clean, washroom is a bit small but tidy and useful. 「大きなホテルではありがちなことだが、スタッフによってばらつきがある。いいと思ったスタッフはただ一人だけで、マネージャーとのことで、他の人は言うことも適当で信用できない。チェックインよりだいぶ早く着いたため、「掃除しているので終わったらご案内します。」と言われ、「どのくらいかかるのか」と尋ねたら「1時間ほど」と言われたのでロビーで待っていた。飲み物も出ないので自分でロビーで購入。1時間半経ったころ尋ねると「もう少し」。2時間経ったところでも「まだ」。お茶を出されたが、結局チェックインタイムまで3時間待つことになった。要するに、最初に対応したスタッフがいい加減に答えたことになる。早く掃除が終わるような指示もしておらず、ただ待たせていた。3時間待つのなら出かけられた。貴重な旅の時間を本当に無駄にした。マネージャーは謝って来て、フルーツバスケットとワインをくれたが、まあ、そういうことではない。」

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with ample variety that left us thoroughly satisfied. We would gladly return."
