「This was a perfect little basement apartment, it was very clean and tidy, had good amenities. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, check in was smooth and easy, it was a great stay with no issues.」

「The property was very close to YQM. Clean. Convenient. Heat pump downstairs but did not cool the upstairs. Quite Hot upstairs, fans located in the rooms. Provided with one towel each, extras would have been nice but we dried them and reused.」

「It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.」
