"Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable.
$25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation.

They gave us standard room which was on higher floor and way better than the premium one i booked. They never cared to give us the money difference back since we ended up opting for a standard room. "Absolutely excellent, highly recommend.
This is a beautiful resort set in stunning mountains, beautiful views all around.
Service was first class from absolutely all staff that work here . I would like to say a special thank you to Shisha at the front desk for being so helpful. Aghishek, Nikita, Vasu, Jitendu thank you all for the amazing first class service , I’ve felt welcomed , everything has been so easy, the room has been cleaned to a high standard.
The restaurant staff and cooks also...
