長期滞在に便利

新しく契約した自分のアパートに入居出来るまでの間、お世話になりました。ここから通勤したり、テレワークしたり。ミニキッチンや大きめの冷蔵庫・食洗機もあり、長期滞在に便利です。WalmartやOne Worldに歩いても行ける立地もありがたいです。Serviced Apartmentが何処も満室だったので、非常に助かりました。 Covid-19の影響で、Continental Breakfast が中止になったり、ベッドメイキングが週一に減ったり、やや不便な点もありましたが(今は仕方がないですね)。裏庭で野ウサギにも会えますよ。

海外赴任終わりの最終日に

キッチンも付いており長期滞在に向いています。近隣の日本企業の方の利用が多いため、朝食にご飯とお味噌汁が提供されているのも嬉しいですね。

キッチンも付いてて快適なホテル

親切スタッフ、キレイな部屋、快適なホテルです。シャンプーが泡立たないのと、別棟は受付がある建物と繋がってないので外に出て移動しなきゃいけない事が雨の日に困るのが少し残念。あとは朝ごはんにフレッシュなフルーツがあるといいですね。日本人出張者が多いからか、朝ごはんに白飯があるのはなかなか有り難いです。

犬連れの長期宿泊には適しているホテル

犬連れ宿泊。スタッフも、周辺環境、朝食等も良く、良いﾎﾃﾙです。少し室内に古さが感じられるので、良し悪しは宿泊者により出るかも。短期だとPET　Feeが少し高いかな？一般の出張や旅行には問題ないが、VIP出張者等の宿泊には向いてないと思う。

周辺にスーパー、レストランがあり大変便利です。部屋もきれいで満足でした。ルームサービスでシーツやまくらカバーも、せめて2日に1回は交換してほしかったです。デジタル放送が見れるとよりうれしいかも・・・

Bestな立地

周りのショッピングモール・レストランにも近く、立地としては素晴らしいです。朝食もご飯と味噌汁(インスタント)があり、非常によかったです。

大人2人と子供2人で宿泊したが、キングサイズベットとソファーベットだったので、クイーンサイズベットが2つ欲しいと感じた。ベットの質が違いすぎる。朝食の食事スペースが狭く、机、いす共に大人用で脚が高い為、子供には不向きであった。Noviであったので、日本人には嬉しい、ご飯、味噌汁(インスタント)、ふりかけ、海苔が朝食のメニューとしてあった。

良い立地で快適

仕事で15泊の長期滞在をしました。立地が良く、ショッピングモール含め、食事や買い物が出来る所が多く最適でした。部屋は広くてベットも大きく、毎日掃除をしてくれるので清潔感もあります。簡易ではないキッチンがあるので、食材を購入しての料理が可能です。鍋、フライパン、ボール、皿などの調理器具全般が揃ってましたし、炊飯器もありましたのでご飯が焚けます。朝食は軽食ですが、飲み物やヨーグルトとなどあり軽く済ませる分には良かったです。ホテルは2棟で、オフィスのある建物に朝食ダイニングがあります。洗濯機＆乾燥機は建屋毎に2台づつあります。

今回は展示会出展のため宿泊。展示会場ＳｈｏｗＰｌａｃｅまでは自動車で５分以内と近い。徒歩５分の距離にショッピングモールがあるので、食事、買い物は便利。無料の朝食は軽食のみ。価格も比較的安いのでビジネス利用としては良いでしょう。

長期滞在に良いホテル

長期滞在でしたが、スタッフもフレンドリーで居心地がよかったです。キッチン完備で炊飯器や電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーもありました。鍋類やお皿なども揃っていたので、ちょっとした料理も出来そうです。ただ１階だったので、上の音がうるさかったです。

The room was filthy - piles of crumbs on the floor, drink rings and sticky spills on the tables, sofa arms were visibly soiled and not the same color as the sofa. The shower didn't work. The linens were stained yellow. We planned to stay for 2 nights and checked out after just 1. Had we not been so tired when we arrived, we would not have stayed even one night.

Building, parking, location all good. Service great. However, much overdue remodel and cleaning needed. Bathroom cabinet doors missing some handles, not enough tp to last two days with no spares, couch arm 4” year, cereal and used tissues on floor in one bedroom. This place is a hidden gem. Rooms are large and quiet. They are super pet friendly and yet the rooms and lobby don’t smell like they are! The kitchen had nice and newer appliances and even a small oven which is a rarity in any of the kitchenette chains! Jeremy, the assistant manager, is always helping me figure out the best rates and how to get everything I need. He’s kind and a real asset for your hotel. The other manager, Joel, is also super helpful. Imari is a fabulous front end worker and goes above and beyond. Last but certainly not least, the housekeeper, Tiffany, is always checking on me and making sure I have everything I need. She is very attentive. There is on site laundry for guests, a little pantry if you need a quick snack or beverage and a small workout room. Room is heated with a thermostat for a better heat and cool than attached to the unit. It’s always cozy. Water pressure is great, too. I am so pleased that I found this place. You can pay extra to stay somewhere else but this is the best bang for your buck in the area.
