「Absolute garbage It’s a shack you could do better if you camp 」

「Very nice location, close to the beach, dining options whilst being qiet at night. Great view from living area and balcony to watch sunsets or just the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The host was extremely nice and helpful. 」

「We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. 「All location , clean, services were excellent. Access to property should be improved Thanks」

「Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it」

「The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.」

「Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone 」
