We had to wait for the shullte bus at the airport about one hour because of the hotel's poor arrangement, moreover we realized at the time of check-in that the hotel stopped shuttle bus service between the hotel and Mascot station we booked in advance. However, thanks to Angel's flexible and capable handling with smile, we did not have negative feeling. The room was very clean and the gym was satisfactory. Drinking water service was eco-friendly, I liked it."
