「A wonderful small apartment in a beautiful village location with everything you can possibly need closeby.」

「Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.」

「Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.」

「This accommodation is really comfortable, with the en suite bedrooms at each end of a large open plan living space. It is an ideal place for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and the various attractions that are within easy driving distance. The location is quiet, safe for kids, secure and comfortable. The farm fresh eggs are superb. The owner is really nice and her dog Skye is lovely.」

「Such a well equipped an clean cottage. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome which is important to us. Fabulous location which enabled us to explore lots of lovely walks.」

「Good overall experience with super friendly host and really good property. The main attraction was the Jacuzzi which was really big. Would definitely recommend.」

「We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.」

「We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...
