「The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. 「Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.」
