"The appearance of the hotel outside look a little bit like motel. The parking is good. Inside lobby the young lady she is very kind. The dinner area is very good and have various options for breakfast like, cold cereal,waffles ( you have to make your own waffles hot and fresh). hot scrambled eggs,bagel, cream cheese,jelly,orange juice and apple juice, hot coffee, apples, peanut butter, milk.The bathroom was very clean and clean towels except the ceiling have small mold spot , shower was clean with enough Dove shampoo and conditioner plus body wash.Bedroom was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows good WiFi."

"We were a group of 20 and they were able to put all of our rooms near each other. It was greatly appreciated."

"We had a wonderful experience. The view from the beach was beautiful. Sunrises were spectacular. We found the room very clean and comfortable. Overall the motel, staff and location were perfect for us. We found the little kitchen convenient, the beds comfy and the location close to Saratoga Springs and Lake George. We were visiting family and for sure we will be back to Motel Luzerne in the future. "

"The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. When I first got there (about 7 pm) there was no one at the front desk. I had to scout around for someone. After about 5 minutes of calling, "helloooo" a person showed up."

"Our stay was excellent, we received the text for the entry code into this smart hotel, it is unmanned, but we found the room clean, warm modern, it was excellent, no complaints . The heat is baseboard and silent, the air conditioner, which appears to be brand new, is multifunction, and is wall mounted, all amenities in this hotel room were top-of-the-line. We really liked it. We watched the World Series on a super big TV in a super big king bed. There was springwater, coffee, tea, granola bars, and even the soaps were high-end. Our entry TEXT also included the code for the great room which had plenty to offer, and a peek into the backyard showed the gazebo with what appeared to be a gas fireplace , a fire pit, horseshoes, dog, run area, real nice."
