"It is an all inclusive resort with 3 pools, RCI ready, and I paid 40$ a day, not much can beat that, but is a modest hotel, TV is crap, only national channels and the signal is so bad you could hardly see anything, with a small investment it could be great, of course Venezuela has to change, in the 3 nights I stayed, the electricity went off for hours, they have an electric plant so really no issues with the hotel, but of course no cel signal or internet..."
