"The fridge, dishwasher, cooker, swimming pool filter didn’t work properly. There were only 5 sun beds for 6 guests. Each guest got 1 small inadequate towel. The garden hadn’t been touched, if at all, in many months. Plants were dead, weeds everywhere but especially bad on the rear terrace, where we ate in the evening and around the swimming pool. The whole place had an air of neglect and disinterested."
