"Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

"Our journey was lovely! The house is beautifully placed at the top of a mountain and our hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. So once again: thank you very much! With four grown ups and four children we had more than enough space to play boardgames, soccer or jump into the pool every now and then. "This is a budget environment place. We stayed for one brief night but were not impressed by the place. For ex. we had to make our own beds, and a bed sheet was torn/ripped, and we needed to clean up after ourselves to avoid a cleaning charge, which I didn't like on a vacation. Nice orchards around the area"

"Excellent stay. I was only there one night unfortunately but after walking 10 km to watch the European cycling championships I was grateful for the very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. I had a great sleep😁. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Definitely hoping to return for a longer stay."
