「The linens on the comfy beds were luxurious and the shower was huge. Funky fresh decor and branding. Really nice and helpful staff. Loved Marci's for drinks/apps and games a few blocks away. Really close to all the cute shops.」

「Room was at 59 degrees when we opened the door. The heater wasn't heating after I turned it on. Finally got the staff to get us another room. If you want in room coffee, be prepared to carry a tray of the coffeemaker and all its components, plus the coffee & condiments back to your room. Coffee is available only by request. When they gave me the coffeemaker, I found the two cups with it were both coffee stained. They replaced the cups. Out of curiosity, I ran the coffeemaker through one cycle...

「We came here for two nights and stayed in a lakeside bungalow for our anniversary. The room was lovely and spacious, the resort was quiet and peaceful, and all our needs were met. Enjoyed the wine glasses in the room, plus Nespresso coffee, chocolate on our pillow, and robes. We didn't use the pool or lake activities but it was nice having those options. Breakfast was good, although the menu is limited and the avocado toast was prepared completely different on the two days it was ordered....

「Comfortable stay」

「The pool was closed for the season -something the hotel did not disclose when I booked it. The person at the desk was completely disinterested in our arrival and was of little help. I asked about dinner suggestions and she was unhelpful. The ice machine on our floor was broken. When we checked out there was no one attending the front desk. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn, let alone this sad property in Walla Walla.」

「There is a Walmart nearby, which is convenient, and the neighborhood is a residential area and safe. There are also plenty of fast food stores.」
