「The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and it made our stay feel very welcoming. One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet. 「This was a very enjoyable stay. It was very clean throughout and had a very pleasant clean smell. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I brought my grandkids for a swim, they had a blast.we stayed 5 nights and utilized the laundry facilities. But my only complaint was that we were here for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned during that time. Your advertising said it would be cleaned after 3 days, it was not. 「The people who work here make this place shine. From front desk to housekeeping, everyone goes the extra mile. The breakfast food is typical. That’s the only down side.
