「Room and washroom having bad smell. Window curtains was dirty. Food and room service was good. Staff is very nice.」

「We ended up settling for night after moving into the room third time. First was so much full of foul smell that we refused to take it, the second they moved us to, when we turned the light, the cockroaches were running around in the room, the washroom shower lines were so dirty, eroded with rust that we wouldn’t want to touch them. When called the reception, they moved us to another room claiming that part of the hotel was newly built. It was after 9 pm and we had no choice but to take it as we...
