「Fantastisk hotel og service, mad er virkelig god. Dog er komunikationen i receptionen under alt kritik, hjemmefra planlagde vi flere ture og de var utrolig lang tid om at svare, udover det taler kun en engelsk 」

「Susanna the general manager was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. She arranged reliable transportation for day trips and to the airport. She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna. 」
