「This place is in the heart of Banos, next to the main cathedral, close to everything, with a view of the town, and mountains around it. The place is well kept, creatively remodeled, and had very helpful staff. You will have noise from all the activity outside but the patio doors do block much of the sound when closed. If you're very sensitive to sound you might want to be further from the town center. If you want all the shops and restaurants nearby, this is the place. 」

「Susanna the general manager was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. She arranged reliable transportation for day trips and to the airport. She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna. 」
