「The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of...

「The property is in a great location. It is close to the freeway and near the many food options including a Starbucks. It’s a cute property in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. My only complaints are the beds are a bit hard and when I messaged the owner through the app, he didn’t respond until I texted him. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Tulsa again. Kitchen is well stocked if cooking is important to you.」

「If you have something going on at the Tulsa fairgrounds, this is the place to stay! You can see the fairgrounds from the house, and 17th street that runs in front of the house goes straight to a fairgrounds gate avoiding traffic! The house was very clean and comfortable! My only complaint is I'm not a fan of windows without curtains, and there were none on any of the windows, but they did have blinde. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We loved this bungalow! The home is clean and comfortable. If you want a great location for sight seeing around Tulsa, this is the place! It is directly in front of the Broken Arrow Expressway. So convenient. The traffic noise is a thing but it didn't bother us at all during the night and we weren't there much during the day. We stayed a full week and will be back.
