「Very close to restaurants and night life. Quick drive into downtown; very convenient. Very clean and comfortable stay! Highly recommend」

「Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here.」

「Everything we expected. Great location for Niagara Falls, Airport, Down Town, and NFL football stadium. Host communication was on-point. Very clean and had all of the needed essentials.」

「We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.」

「The apartment is clean and spacious with plenty of charm. I claimed one of the seats in the nook for my reading and morning email. Beds were comfortable including the pull out. We would stay again!」

「Easily one of the worst stay experiences we’ve had in our 5 years of using short-term rentals. Inaccurate address included in the listing. Reported mold, ants, door handle/frame damage, and air conditioning concerns with minimal and flippant communication from the host. The apartment itself is in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean and functional updates. Yes, it served its purpose for housing my family short-term, but required many out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable, even short...
