「Very affordable, especially for a family. Beds not very comfortable and had to clean up a little ourselves, but didn't mind. (They bought new mattresses but left the plastic on them, very hot for sleeping) 」

「Our visit was in mid May and the area was lush and green. Including an assortment of waterfowl in the little pond in front of the cabin. Also used to train our young Labrador Retriever (the reason we were in the area). Turns out within a half hour drive there are several national caliber training grounds for the various retriever hunt disciplines. John our host couldn't have been more accommodating. We were coming out or winter/early spring season into when the cabin is most occupied so there...

「My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.」
