「Check in took a very long time with only one person in front of us. Very confusing information about where you can and can’t park. Most of the parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away which was not convenient at all. 」

There were marks on the walls that looked like greasy hands. There was also trimming missing around the window. We requested a different room but was told there were none available. 「The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. 「The hotel is closed to the big supermarket and restaurants. Also convenient if you don't have a car as bus is available every 15-20 min to reach shopping center. Hospitality and kindness of hotel staff is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here very much. 」

Property is right beside the restaurant Rosie and Josie’s… they have a great story and a nice eating establishment with good food.
