「It was a nice affordable place to stay, quiet and on the edge between pigeon forge and the smoky mountains which was convenient. Breakfast was okay but have had better. The room we had is a walk in shower, I do like a bath tub occasionally so we missed having that. Overall…. Very nice place to stay! No bugs and clean! 」

「Absolutely incredible stay! Between the cleanliness, amenities, hospitality and breathtaking views, we could not have had a better experience! It is obvious the host goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable! We arrived after dark and were able to find the place with no issues with the help of the hosts directions and the well lit entrance. Very impressed with our stay! Highly recommend for the perfect couples getaway! 」

"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell. Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$. Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
