「I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible...

"ホテルを選び支払いが現地のみなので実際に払う時には言われるままで高い料金を払う事になった印象があります。事前払いにして欲しい。部屋は広くて清潔でくつろげます。ただ２泊めの夜はお湯が出ないのでシャワーをあきらめました。フロントに言えば対処したと言われましたが部屋には内線の電話もないのでそれは面倒臭いです。部屋のノブに掛けられる清掃不要のタグが欲しいです。ホテルの注意書きを写真に撮らせて「後で読め」と言いサインをさせるのは不快でした。ホテルのシステムなどをきちんと笑顔で説明するのがホテルマンの仕事です。"
