「Loved the hotel and the staff. Perfectly situated and very clean. Maintenance was a huge issue during our stay. I booked 2 rooms and had non-functioning televisions in both rooms. While I don't normally care about televisions, my father does immensely, and despite bringing this up right away, nothing was done to repair or replace those televisions over our 4-night stay. Same for the coffee makers in the room that needed servicing and were non-functioning, Considering I paid quite a bit of...

「The property was accurately advertised. It was clean and well furnished. On the 15th floor the street noise was loud. The windows do not keep sound out. My whole family slept with ear plugs and still were woken up several times a night; mostly from motorcycles, there is a parking garage across the street. The location was good, just outside the quarter. Everything was walkable. Note the parking garage in the same building was nasty, dirty, and smelled of human waste.」

「The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.」

「As stated in the listing, the property is convenient to most attractions in NO. It is roomy and clean. The only issue we had was control of the temperature. The system is controlled with an app, and we were unable to get it set properly.」

「This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!」

「Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! 」
