「Friendly service with nice clean rooms.」

「Check in was easy & fast. Great customer service. I was asked if second floor was ok. I asked if there was an elevator which there isn’t. I told them we have heavy luggage so they moved us to the bottom level. Very quiet here. 」

「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「Simple but adequate breakfast was good. Parking was tight. Hotel should ask guests to park their cars properly since some cars were taking up two spaces with one car.」

「Perfect location right on the sand in Santa Cruz! Could watch the waves and the surfers from the room and activity on the pier. Room was a good size. Enjoyed the convenience of the coffee cart in the lobby and the food and views at Jack O’neills were excellent! 」
