「We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future」

「The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property...

「Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

「First off posting the negatives for owner to be aware but we’d consider staying again so take these for how they are meant. The house needs some relatively minor maintenance. Our biggest complaint was pool pumps not working and water felt gross and was unusable. We were on the lake first day so didn’t notice issue until second day. The back sliding door needs repair, patio furniture needs cushions replaced, some ceiling fans don’t work, coffee pot has no lights which makes it hard to tell if on....

「Everything was clean and in great condition, except for the spiderwebs on the back patio, which they forgot to clean, I was able to get rid of these no problem with the broom that was provided. There is no dining table inside, so one must brave the outdoors to eat on the gorgeous covered front patio. In addition, there are no spices or oils, so be sure to bring your own condiments, and the cooking supplies are minimal: one frying pan, one sauce, pan, one batch. However, the host is more than...
