「Property was under construction, laundry room, hot tub were closed, pool was very cold. Morning breakfast buffet was very good, hot and staff made sure food was kept full.」

「Room was decently clean. Staff were efficient at check in and out. No pool (knew that when booking.). The breakfast area was messy and the "hot" food cold; very busy, too many people packed into that small room trying to eat, so I left. The wifi connection was good. Was a decent stay for the one night only that I required it but unsure if I would return.」

「It was a beautiful property but given the weather not really able to take advantage. Restaurant food was okay. Whole experience was quite expensive for the experience.」

「Very clean room. Poor outside maintenance of motel and grounds. Breakfast was very sparse and in a tiny room...not super inviting. Queen bed had 2 pillows plus one body pillow and one comforter with a polyester...or nylon?....sheet. Air conditioner worked but wasn't super cool. Front desk person was super nice. Bottom line is room itself was very clean...including fridge and microwave. Just disappointed 😞 in outside and breakfast.」

「The hotel is quite dated, and the room was damp with a noticeable musty smell. The AC and dehumidifier were very noisy, so we didn’t sleep well during our one-night stay. There were also no EV charging stations nearby, which was inconvenient for us.」

「Good size room with a king size bed. Generally happy with the room but pillows were flat for me but my spouse was ok with them. The only thing I thought should be improved was the breakfast as eggs, bacon and toast were cold. One person was the chef , waiter, and check out person for several people. They should have more staff for breakfast.」

「Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
