「The good: the staff was WONDERFUL (especially the front desk associate Sandrine) . They were genuinely pleasant and friendly, and not just that “I work in hospitality so I have to pretend to be nice” kind of way. The grounds are really nice , especially the restaurant and pool area, and there is easy access to the beach. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was really good. 「No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!」
