This was my first time outside the USA and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Saga. We got the breakfast package and we’re able to mix it up everyday. My wife and I tried almost everything and they were all delicious. TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something.

Very easy to get around and very easy to shop. We mainly go to the eating places.

The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were prepared to help take care of any need asked. The onsen attached to the hotel was very nice and from the hot tub you could look out at the ocean. Lastly the breakfast was a wonderful traditional Japanese breakfast that included sashimi, miso, rice, and several other items that varied day to day. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The western style room was AMAZING. The ryokan has it's own bathing facilities which are also awesome.

The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby. The breakfast, included in the price, was ample and delicious.
