"Debbie is the best host ever!!! There were issues booking our flight and she helped us get booked. She met us at the airport so we could follow her to the cottage. As soon as you arrive at the property you know it's such a special place!! The grounds are beautifully kept with all sorts of gorgeous vegetation. The cottage was very clean, and we instantly felt at home. The decor was like shabby chic beachy, but classy not cheap. The kitchen was well stocked with different spices, oils, and even some food items. The screened in porch was so nice and relaxing listening to the ocean. The cove is magical! We saw nurse sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, and a variety of tropical fish. Every morning we'd head down to the dock and watch the sealife. The property is so convenient with a grocery/supply store and liquor store 2 minutes up the road. I cannot stress enough what a magical place it is. As traveling sisters, we felt totally safe. And there's so much privacy and seclusion. I give the rental and the host 10 out of 10!!!!!"

"The room was ok the door handle and locks was rusty had difficulty trying to open the door to see the Oceanview we paid for . Bathroom window lock one was brok n not able to stay open unless you out something under it. Breakfast was a surprise cold coffee & 4 muffins was on the counter . This hotel has potential and needs a little updating & TLC. I think it's a restaurant should be able to get a light snack like a sandwich, soup or something light. "

"We had the most amazing stay! The house was superbly located on an elevation that allowed for 360 views from the wrap around veranda. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk with access to explore the many reefs by snorkeling. The host was welcoming and responsive. Loved it!"

"Our host Stephanie was fantastic! Our caretaker Harrison was absolutely great ! House is beautiful the views are spectacular. Definitely plan on having Harrisonn prepare a meal for your first night.. We did and requested another night. Was delicious. You can not go wrong staying at this house. Will definitely deal with Stephanie again when we go back to Cat Island !!!"

"This beautiful 4 BR, duplex villa was built for a designer and architect. It is informal, open, functional and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Each BR has it's own "en-suite" bathroom. The showers are HUGE and warm water is plentiful. There were ample beach towels and sun hats provided. A dedicated "water cooler" with large bottles of spring water provided all needed potable water. The house is approx 1kM from the Stella Maris resort and 0.5kM from the Stella Maris beach and beach bar.The host (Bruno) was attentive, available and very helpful. He arranged for a rental car and we gave him a shopping list of groceries which were already in the house when we arrived. "
