「The family enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was OK. One thing I did not like was was communicating through Expedia. Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones). 」

「Vi var 6 stk venner som skulle kose oss i Stavanger. Leiligheten passet utmerket for oss, plasseringen var god, vi hørte ikke noe trafikk støy, og det var ikke problem med å sove litt frem på. Verten var tilgjengelig på tlf hele helgen. Her kommer vi tilbake. Prisen var vi meget fornøyd med.」

「The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ...
